Order DeliveryWe provide fast, cheap and secure delivery to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.We pack and dispatch all orders within 3 working days, keeping you informed as your order is processed and dispatched. We send you realtime emails notifying you of the status of your order as it is shipped, together with a tracking number (where available) that you can use to track your order with the delivery company through to your delivery address. Need to check the status of an existing order? Australian DeliveriesWe use a combination of Australia Post and specialist courier companies to deliver gear, depending on the size of the items and the delivery address. Most Australian orders are delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Small item Regular order
As compared to ordering your goods from overseas, you don't need to worry about getting hit with additional Australian import duties and taxes. The price you see here is all you pay; no hidden costs!
Pick-up from our warehouse To arrange an order that you wish to collect yourself, firstly place your order via our website as per usual, selecting the pick-up option. Payment must still be completed in advance as the staff at the warehouse cannot accept payment. We will then contact you within 3 working days once your order has been packed to notify you that your gear is ready for collection. Warehouse hours:
New Zealand DeliveriesShipping costs for New Zealand are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items ordered. To confirm the actual shipping cost, please place the items you want into the shopping cart and enter your address details. You will be shown the total cost before being asked to enter your payment details, allowing you to not complete the order if you wish.
International DeliveriesShipping to addresses outside of Australia and New Zealand is only available on request. Please contact us directly to request this.
PLEASE NOTE: 1. We cannot send snowboards to PO Boxes. 2. Most deliveries require a signature on delivery. A good option to avoid delays is to have your gear delivered to a work address. 3. We cannot 100% guarantee delivery times as once orders have been dispatched they are in the hands of the courier. However, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, and for 99% of orders this is achieved. 4. In the very small chance your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging it was sent in and be sure to contact us within 1 working day of delivery so we can arrange for the courier to collect the items concerned and rectify the situation. 5. Customers outside of Australia are responsible for all local duties and taxes. Occasionally the delivery service does not charge duties and taxes that have been levied on an order. If for any reason duties, taxes, and other fees are not paid by the customer resulting in a charge to Discount Snowboards by the shipping company, Discount Snowboards will charge the customer's account for these fees. 6. Total delivery time is a combination of the time for product packing/dispatch and the courier's transit time. 7. Goods are not dispatched until payment has been verified. If we require further details from the buyer or credit card holder for security verification, fast dispatch of goods is dependent on timely response to such requests. |
